• How many kittens are you interested in adopting?
• Do you have any preferences in colour / sex? 
• Do you or any of your family suffer with an allergy to cats? 
• Do you currently have any other cats or pets in your household?
• If not, have you ever owned a pet in the past?
• Does your household include any children, if so what are their ages?
• Are there any family members at home during the day?
